Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL) organized five-days training (Sep 8th-12th 2008) for Treatment Plant Operators at ENPHO (Environment And Public Health Organization).
The training exclusively focused on operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and various processes to maintain water quality standard. Participants were also given classes on Occupational Health and Safety measures. Group discussion sessions were carried out among participants for development of future strategies to promote safe water. 19 participants from different Treatment Plant of Kathmandu valley attended the training program. Experts from KUKL as well as other organizations participated in the training as resource persons.
